Sergio Rocha

Sergio Rocha is an associate attorney at our Lausanne office, in the Litigation, International Arbitration and Private Client groups.

Sergio holds a Master of Law from the University of Lausanne from 2023. While a student, he worked as an assistant at the Center of Private Law of the Faculty of Law, contributing to the drafting of a Swiss legal language dictionary.

Mr Rocha primarily handles complex disputes in commercial, civil (especially family and inheritance matters) and criminal laws, before the Ordinary Courts and advises clients in commercial and civil arbitration.

He works in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish and has also good knowledge of German.
