Since 1990, Cédric Aguet is handling complex disputes in commercial, construction, civil (family, inheritance), criminal and sports laws, before the ordinary Courts and in arbitration. He also provides advice in contracts.
In sports law, Me Aguet defends professional athletes and/or clubs, in particular in disciplinary proceedings before International sports federations and before the Court of arbitration for sports in Lausanne. He is the first lawyer ever having obtained the annulment by the Swiss Supreme Court of an award rendered by the CAS (ATF 133 III 235).
