Aymeric Serre is a member of the Paris Bar and the Canton of Vaud Bar (OAV) and has been a partner at Bonnard Lawson since 2025.
He started his career as a attorney-at-Law in Paris and has joined Bonnard Lawson’s Lausanne office in 2016 to strengthen the private client team, making his French tax practice available to the firm’s international clients.
This exposure to international clients brings him to deal on a daily basis with the French tax issues that non-residents of France mat face (real estate investments, international estate planing, tax treatment of trusts and foundations, international mobility, exit tax, etc.).
His practice of tax in this crossboarder environnement was further strengthened when he graduated from the Master of Advanced Studies in International Taxation of the Lausanne University.
Since then, Aymeric Serre has extended his practice to Swiss and international taxation for both private and corporate clients, with a extensive knowledge of the French-Swiss legal and tax issues.
