Anna D. Vladau is an attorney licensed to practice law and a member in good standing with both the State of New York and the Swiss Courts. She holds degrees from Boston University School of Law (LL.M in Taxation), and Lausanne University School of Law (Bachelor and Master in Law).
She assists corporations and high net worth clients in Swiss and U.S. tax issues as well as international tax matters by structuring deals in the most tax efficient manner, and researching a range of complex tax law issues. Anna also represents and defends the clients' interests before the state and federal courts. She is particularly active in international administrative and mutual assistance in tax matters.
She also teaches tax law and financial markets courses at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland in Lausanne.
In 2022, Anna D. Vladau joined Bonnard Lawson as a partner in charge of strengthening Bonnard Lawson Swiss and international tax practice.
