Anna Vladau,
new partner in Lausanne

Anna D. Vladau is an attorney licensed to practice law and a member in good standing with both the State of New York and the Swiss Courts. She holds degrees from Boston University School of Law (LL.M in Taxation), and Lausanne University School of Law (Bachelor and Master in Law). 

She assists corporations and high net worth clients in Swiss and U.S. tax issues as well as international tax matters by structuring deals in the most tax efficient manner, and researching a range of complex tax law issues. Anna also represents and defends the clients' interests before the state and federal courts. She is particularly active in international administrative and mutual assistance in tax matters.

She also teaches tax law and financial markets courses at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland in Lausanne.

In 2022, Anna D. Vladau joined Bonnard Lawson as a partner in charge of strengthening Bonnard Lawson Swiss and international tax practice.

Anna D. Vladau est avocate-fiscaliste inscrite aux barreaux du canton de Vaud et de New York. Elle est diplômée de la Boston University School of Law (LL.M en droit fiscal américain) et de la faculté de droit de l'Université de Lausanne (master en droit).

Elle assiste les sociétés et les clients privés dans les questions de fiscalité suisse et américaine ainsi que dans les questions de fiscalité internationale. Anna D. Vladau représente et défend également les intérêts de ses clients devant les tribunaux étatiques et fédéraux. Elle est particulièrement active dans le domaine de l'assistance administrative et mutuelle internationale en matière fiscale.

Elle enseigne également des cours de droit fiscal et de marchés financiers à la Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland à Lausanne.

En 2022, Anna D. Vladau a rejoint Bonnard Lawson en tant qu'associée chargée de renforcer la pratique fiscale suisse et internationale de Bonnard Lawson.
