We are thrilled to share that Bonnard Lawson advised Groupe Bader SA in connection with the indirect acquisition of 81.47% shares in Zwahlen & Mayr S.A., a Swiss listed company (SIX). The transaction is pending customary closing conditions expected to occur by mid-April 2025.
