Ms Su Min JO, our associate in the International Arbitration and Sports Department, moderated the panel on “Arbitration in the Art Industry – When, How and When Does Arbitration Come In” at the fall seminar 2022 of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) below 40 on 28 October 2022 in Zurich.
The Panel discussed the resolution of art-related disputes through international arbitration and the role of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA) in this regard.
